Sergio I am trying to help an old client move their site to a new server. Windows Server 2012. They are a small non-profit group in Canada and have no money so this is a favor for them. If they had money I'd rewrite all the old code and use the new image control. But they don't. I have seen this error several years ago but since the old forum is gone I cannot find the solution. Can you please take a look at this and make a suggestion on what I need to do? The error prevents my form from loading.

Thank you for any help you can give!

Hello,
Sorry, there is a problem with the file (I am unable to download it).

Please can you send me a private message with a link to the file ?
Moreover I need to know detailed information about the environment (I-Load version, ASP.NET version, medium trust yes/no ?, integrated or classic pipeline mode, etc... )

I cannot guarantee that I can help you (I'm very busy in these days...), however I'll try.

Thank you

Sergio

Your website is having huge problems. I tried to PM you but it blew up.

Here are the files:

http://fairfieldsports.net/problemfiles.zip

It is on a Full Trust VPS Windows 2012 server

I appreciate you looking at this I know you don't have too.

Sincerely
Dave Y

Hello,
sorry for the late answer (as I said before, i'm very busy in these days)
Your web.config file is correct.

Unfortunately you didn't provided me the I-Load version
(right click on "Radactive.WebControls.ILoad.dll" -> Properties -> Details -> Version - Example: "2010.1.1.2"...).

Anyway, in order to solve the issue I suggest you to use a HTTP inspector (e.g. HttpFox for Firefox -
https://addons.mozilla.org/En-us/firefox/addon/httpfox/ ), and check the http result when the HttpHandler is invoked by an ILoad instance ("http://.../WebCoreModule.ashx?...)

This process is similar to:
http://piczard.com/docs/help/v1/online/?Piczard_client-side_library_failed_to_load.html
-> STEP 4

Kind regards

Sergio

Hi Sergio and thank you for at least looking at it. The solution, which to this day I don't understand, was to switch the application to a 2.0 and not integrated pipeline. The version I was using was the last one you released. I was prob your last client as a matter of fact because a week or two later you stopped selling it.
